Dr. Nadeem completed her post graduation in ophthalmology from Dr. Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, the apex institute of ophthalmology in India. After completing her residency, he did her clinical fellowship at R.P.Centre, AIIMS in glaucoma and paediatric ophthalmology. He cleared the Diplomat of National Board (DNB, Ophthalmology) examination. He is a fellow of International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO, UK). He is one of the few surgeons in India doing ‘Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery’ for which she was trained at Clinic Montchoisi, Lausanne, Switzerland. Besides clinic, he has deep interest in academics and research. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles in national and international journals. He has edited a book on investigations in ophthalmology and has written multiple chapters. He has been an invited speaker and has presented her work at numerous national and international ophthalmology meetings.
